During the pandemic, we had to take the festival online. To Introduce audiences around the world to our film selections and the announcement of two new awards, we invited celebrities, speakers on disability and diversity, musical guests and comedians to help us tell the story of the OTRFF in 2021. This special event was hosted by America’s Got Talent Champion Ryan Niemiller and featured appearances by The Indigo Girls, Lea DeLaria, Sami Haney, Deirdre Lovejoy, BETTY, Mat Fraser and many more.
